Key Responsibilities

Develop a robust management succession plan in collaboration with senior management.
Implement talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee competitive compensation and benefits packages to maintain a high-quality workforce.
Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain impeccable records.
Manage the HR department's budget strategically.
Serve as a key advisor on organizational changes and management issues.
Coordinate with Legal and Compliance departments on internal investigations and disciplinary actions.
Position Qualifications
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven conflict resolution and interpersonal management skills.
Analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS and the Microsoft Office suite.
Education And Experience
Minimum of ten years in human resources with at least three years in an executive leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Required HR certification; SHRM-SCP or similar advanced HR certification preferred.
