Chipton-Ross is seeking 10 Flight Readiness Technician / Inspector C's for a contract opportunity in North Charleston, SC.
This position is 100% ONSITE.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Qualified candidates will perform routine final component installation and verification, as well as systems operational functional validation testing.
Flight Readiness Technicians perform rework, modification, maintenance, preflight and post-flight checks for delivery, and troubleshooting.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
o Performs inspections of flight test installations and aircraft functional testing.
o Inspects pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and avionics systems to isolate mechanical and / or electrical / electronic faults and documents faulty components.
o Conducts pre-flight and post-flight checks and performs inspections of maintenance and modification actions.
o Resolves identified problems during operation and testing of deliverable products.
o Verifies the accuracy of work performed.
o Assists in performing system & sub-system pre-delivery inspections and aircraft maintenance in preparation for delivery.
o Plans, schedules and arranges own activities with the assistance of lead. Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS :

o 1 years of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience
o 1 years of avionics and / or electrical experience

EDUCATION :

WORK HOURS : 1ST : 6 : 00 AM -2 : 30 PM, 2ND : 2 : 30 PM-11 : 00 PM, 3RD : 10 : 30 PM 6 : 00 AM
CANDIDATES MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ANY SHIFT.
