Chief Helicopter Pilot partners with general aviation management to establish and implement operating policies and procedures for helicopter pilots. Ensures flights are operated in compliance with all applicable FAA regulations. Being a Chief Helicopter Pilot schedules flight personnel, maintenance and maintains flight records. Assumes flight duty. Additionally, Chief Helicopter Pilot has all required licenses and meets flying time requirements. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Requires Commercial Pilot license for helicopters - CPL(H). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Chief Helicopter Pilot manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. **Job Summary:**
We are seeking 1-2 helicopter pilots for our summer season in Galveston. Must have at least 500 hours in Robinson, mainly in the R44 and/or the R66. Must have attended the Robinson safety course. Turbine experience preferred. No record of accidents or incursions. Must have at least 50 hours of flight time within the last year.

- Operate aircraft in a safe and efficient manner while providing scenic tours over Galveston and Bolivar islands.
- Possess a positive attitude and team player mindset.
- Assist with maintaining aircraft, hangar, and property as needed.
- Adhere to Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service on the ground and in the air.
- Communicate effectively with air traffic control and ground crew.
