Job Summary | The Chief of Staff will report directly to the University President to support the President in leading a variety of institutional projects, as well as manage high-profile initiatives. The role will work closely with the executive leadership team to implement the President's vision for the institution and to manage priorities towards the advancement of the University's Strategic Plan. The Chief of Staff will serve as a liaison to university faculty and staff, as well as to external stakeholders, with a particular emphasis on representation for processes that cut across divisional portfolios within the university. The Chief of Staff will also provide leadership and operational oversight for the Office of the President, connecting day-to-day processes and activities of the office to the university's longer-term strategic goals and objectives. |
