Responsibilities – Sales Professional:

· Learn our product line and inventory.

· Constantly train and prepare to meet customers, and handle internet and phone inquiries and provide customers with fast, transparent answers to their questions.

· Develop and implement strategies to maximize lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion rates.

· Work with management to set sales quotas and appointment goals.

· Maximize sales and profitability to agreed levels of performance.

Qualifications/Requirements – Sales Professional:

• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Experience handling high call volume– Must be comfortable speaking on the phone.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
• Ability to focus in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers,
• Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google products.
• Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages.
• A positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
