Qualifications

• Must have worked as surgery scheduler before

Responsibilities

• Capture, guide, and educate prospects from first inquiry (e.g. phone call, email, social media) through sales process
• Establish a strong sales system and complete timely patient follow-up tasks
• Create, present, and explain quotes to prospects
• Provide finance payment options with ease
• Answer phones, relay messages, and redirect calls as needed to minimize patient wait times
• Assist other members of the office with various tasks as they arise
• Relationship with surgery centers to schedule plastic surgery cases.
