Responsibilities:
Drive consistency and scalability across all branches. Including:
Regular cadence of manager communication (i.e. weekly manager calls)
Support operational / manager training
Drive consistent delivery and leverage best practices
Utilize success in major markets to replicate in new / existing markets
Work with leadership to support add-on diligence / sourcing
Lead add-on operational integration
Work with leadership to support national service initiative
Manage the forward visibility of the business
Support pipeline management and use of CRM
Support national workforce planning
Key requirements
Experience with P&L Leadership of $100MM
Ability to set goals, provide/present a vision, and communicate core values
Collaborative & people centric leadership
Must be able to align with location leadership. – Portray a team first mentality.
Exposure to implementing service/maintenance strategies across a large service geography.
Ability to penetrate new geographic markets/targets.
Someone who can help implement what has made us successful here in our other geographies.
Proven track record of YOY service and revenue growth
Must demonstrate ability to create census and alignment
Must have experience scaling a successful business in new geographies
