**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Enterprise Operations Director. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-volume enterprise transactions and substantial gross profit accounts. As an Enterprise Operations Director, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, driving account growth, and leading a carrier sales team to support our clients' needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee 60 to 100 transactions per day.
- Oversee and guide automated bidding processes and strategies.
- Oversee account-specific carrier development.
- Handle accounts with a gross profit (GP) of $300,000.
- Grow sales by 20 percent per year per account.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of growing and nurturing client accounts.
- Set and achieve goals to triple account growth within two years.
- Lead and manage a carrier sales team to ensure client satisfaction and support.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in managing high-volume transactions and substantial gross profit accounts.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong desire and capability to achieve significant account growth.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
