Healthy is Wellness, LLC is an innovative health screening, risk profiling, and health risk reduction company that facilitates on-site screenings and one-on-one coaching at the sites of the employers we work with. We leverage the most modern, cutting-edge technology in the health market face-to-face coaching advanced risk profiling to proactively assess and reduce health risks across a myriad of populations, trackable through the HIW app. These services include individualized behavior plans and assessments that are rarely offered to employers and their employees anywhere in the US, and there is nobody else in the country that combines them into one menu of service offerings.
We are currently expanding our reach across the United States through Licensing opportunities. We are also facilitating four different service lines in our B2B channel and aim to open that up to Direct-to-Consumer via our Licensing locations. We are need of a Chief Operating Officer who can oversee the efficient and effective operations in our current locations as well as help us in our growth opportunities.
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is the critical integrator and implementor of our strategic vision, ensuring daily practices and operations at Healthy Is Wellness align with this strategy. The COO is a dot-connector, systems thinker, anticipator, and empathic leader able to bring together and align our personnel and goals into a cohesive operation to reach deeper levels of impact across HIW’s current locations and into our expansion efforts across the US.
The COO will report to the President and lead the day-to-day business functions of HIW. The COO is responsible for providing operational leadership, management and coordination across our teams. The COO brings clarity and purpose and is a champion for developing, coordinating and executing the strategic plan and annual operating plans across teams.
Responsibilities Include:- Execution: Ensure strategy of HIW is implemented in daily operations.
- Management: Responsible for managing direct reports.
- Business acumen: The ability to understand and apply the business strategies of the company, including financials and goals, to all job responsibilities and decisions.
- Leadership: The ability to motivate and manage a multidisciplinary team.
- Organizational skills: The ability to stay focused on multiple tasks and use time and energy efficiently.
- Communication: The ability to connect effectively with employees, manager and HIW strategic board.
- Operations management: The ability to oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the organization.
- Developing and implementing management strategies: The ability to develop processes and manage employees in different departments.

- 5 years of demonstrated executive experience leading teams, executing against an organizational strategy, and being held accountable for business outcomes.
- All positions at Healthy Is Wellness require the ability to move about inside an office environment which includes the operation of computers and other office productivity machinery and frequently communicates with other employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.
- This position specifically requires ability to bend and squat for brief amounts of time. Ability to lift and push 40 lbs.
- This position will take place primarily in an office setting.
- This position will require in-state and out-of-state travel.
