The Director of Student Affairs partners with the proposed Assistant Director of Student Affairs and CS department leadership to develop, communicate, and execute a shared, data-informed strategy for student engagement and success initiatives in West Lafayette and Indianapolis. This position will collaborate with campus entities to foster and promote pathways for student support and engagement, and undergraduate research. You ill provide strategic leadership for CS learning communities. The Director will coordinate the CS Bridge program, act as a liaison for student clubs and organizations, serve as ombudsman for student concerns, and assist with scholarship dissemination.
