Role Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:- Guide planning, coordination, and management of nursing practices to maintain high standards of care.
- Oversee nursing functions 24/7 to ensure effective resource management and patient care.
- Recruit, retain, and develop nursing staff to foster a culture of professional growth and excellence.
- Contribute to policy formation and ensure compliance with health regulations by being a key stakeholder in organizational governance.
- Enhance patient care through active community engagement and strong relationships with medical staff and stakeholders.
- Drive innovation in patient care and operational efficiency by integrating evidence-based practices into clinical processes.
- Minimum of five years in progressive healthcare management roles with experience managing complex nursing departments.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on operational excellence, strategic planning, and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and promote collaboration.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, patient safety, and quality improvement frameworks.
- Visionary leader adaptable to change and capable of driving organizational transformation.
- High ethical standards and integrity with a professional demeanor that supports decision-making.
- Collaborative manager who values input from team members and communicates effectively across all levels.
- Required: Academic degree in nursing and a current registered nurse license in the state of practice.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing or a related field, along with professional certification in nursing leadership (CENP or NEA).
