This is a full-time on-site role as a Security Officer located in Louisville, KY. As a Security Officer, your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring and patrolling premises, ensuring the safety and security of staff and visitors, responding to incidents, conducting regular inspections, enforcing security policies and procedures, and reporting any suspicious activities or breaches. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in security operations, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting
• Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and access control systems
• Strong observation and surveillance skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• Basic computer skills
• Valid security license or certification
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules
• Physical fitness and the ability to perform routine security tasks
