- Manage all staff to ensure and enforce quality programming in accordance with local funding sources, regulatory and contract standards and JusticeWorks’ methodology.
- Recruit and hire quality staff.
- Prepare, reconcile and submit monthly invoicing by deadline.
- Identify opportunities for expansion.
The qualified Child Welfaree Program Director wil have:- Bachelor’s Degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology or related field and a minimum of ten (10) years’ work experience with four (4) as a supervisor.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
- Pass current, applicable clearances.
- Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
