Join our team as a residential, full- or part-time Appointment Specialist. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our residential solar sales efforts by identifying potential clients and setting appointments for our Outside Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:
· Identify potential clients interested in Solar services through proactive calling.
· Dedicate your time to arranging sales appointments for the Solar Specialist team.
· Manage and track prospecting activities and follow-ups.
· Collaborate closely with Sales Management to coordinate appointment schedules.
Qualifications:
· Availability for part-time work (20 hours per week), Availability for full-time work (30-40 hours per week)
· Must be physically present; this is not a remote position.
· Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset.
· Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication skills.
· Previous experience in lead generation or appointment setting preferred, but not necessary.
· Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a passion for engaging with people.
· Demonstrated stability in previous roles within telemarketing, appointment setting, inside sales, or new business development.
Compensation:
· $100-$200 commission offered for each successfully scheduled appointment.
· Earn bonuses for appointments that result in a sale.
· Uncapped (Commission-based)
