Claims Quality Auditor jobs in Oregon
Claims Quality Auditor audits claims for coding accuracy, benefit payment, contract interpretation, and compliance with policies and procedures. Selects claims through random processes and/or other criteria. Being a Claims Quality Auditor makes recommendations to improve quality, workflow processes, policies and procedures. Typically requires an associate degree. Additionally, Claims Quality Auditor typically reports to a supervisor or a manager. The Claims Quality Auditor gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Front desk agent accepts reservations via phone and in person. Is responsible for welcoming guests into hotel, accurately performing check in and check out process, giving directions to guest, handling cash register, keeping back and front office clean, stocking breakfast and doing breakfast attendant duties when doing the audit shifts and various other front desk duties. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Will be doing 2 night audit shifts (Thurs and Fri) (11PM to 7AM) and 2 other eve( 3pm to 11pm) on Tue and Wed. Shifts and number of shifts are subject to change.
