Job Description : We are seeking an experienced Audio-Video Specialist to join our client's team in the South Portland. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and support of audio-visual systems, ensuring their operation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install and maintain audio-visual systems, and adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Provide prompt and professional technical support to faculty and staff, addressing any AV system issues efficiently.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with faculty and staff, delivering outstanding customer service and support.
• Offer preventive maintenance plans to clients and coordinate regular system check-ups to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to understand AV requirements, objectives, and timelines, assisting in project implementation.
• Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance checks on AV systems to guarantee flawless operation and safety compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in AV technologies, particularly Crestron and Extron products.
• Install and correct AV equipment as needed, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager of Audio-Visual Technologies.
