SUMMARY:
The Manager of Physician Services plans, implements, and manages the physician and advance practice provider recruitment and on-boarding program; coordinates new provider orientation; coordinates and manages locum tenens placement; manages and oversees provider events; manages the physician services staff; as well as develops and manages a system of recordkeeping for recruitment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Formal training will generally be indicated by a college degree in health services, business administration or related field. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have strong organizational skills and be able to work
independently. Travel is required. Must have a valid driver’s license.
PHYSICAL GUIDELINES:
Physical guidelines include the ability to move, traverse, position self, remain in a stationary position and negotiate steps for up to eight hours per day, operate a computer; drive a car and general mobility.
