We are Balanced You Clinic! Our mission is to meet our patients where they are, providing therapeutic modalities that bring love and healing. We are seeking a sincere, trustworthy, professional, energetic, and dependable Clinic Operations Manager who is a highly motivated self-starter. 

The clinic operations manager should have a positive outlook, be highly organized, and detail oriented. They will follow processes that have already been developed and they will develop new processes as needs arise. They will be totally focused on patient satisfaction, building relationships with patients and addressing them on a first-name basis as familiarity increases. They have the ability to organize their workload while handling a busy reception area including patient check in and check out; collecting payments; and scheduling first-time and future appointments by phone, email, text message, and in-person for a multi-disciplinary team. Clinic operations manager will also assist the clinic by maintaining an orderly front office and waiting area; managing laundry; cleaning and sterilizing tools (and other dishware); managing set up and cleaning/resetting of treatment rooms; set up, clean up, and take down of our event space; and set up, clean up, and shut down of the sauna. Part of managing the clinic operations involves some cleaning tasks. They will also assist the acupuncturists and other practitioners as needed.

Excellent communication skills are a must, including telephone, text, email, and in-person communications. 

This position is 25 hours per week. Starting pay is $18 per hour with room for growth. We really look forward to adding a detail oriented, creative, and resourceful person to our clinic team!

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred 
• Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills  
• Proficient computer skills, including a strong working knowledge of Google suite (gmail,  google docs, google drive, etc.), Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.), and/or Apple suite (Numbers, Pages, etc.) 
• Experience in healthcare setting preferred, including multi-provider scheduling and working knowledge of HIPAA  
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage stressful situations effectively
• Proactive problem-solver with ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team  
• Keep equipment operating by following operating guidelines, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintain supplies and, notifying CEO/owner of materials needed
• Inventory management
• Comfort patients by answering patients’ questions
• Optimize patients’ satisfaction, provider time, treatment room utilization when scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.
