Clinic Operations Director (Hosp. Op.) directs and administers day-to-day operations of a hospital's outpatient or specialty clinic.     Position Summary:

    The Operations Manager is essential to the successful administration and management of Health Partnership Clinic including driving the direction of business functions. Working collaboratively with leadership, this position manages the advancement of the company’s vision, mission, and values and includes a combination of both day-to-day process support and program/process development.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Administrative:

    • Maintains and tracks all HPC vendors and contracts including implementation of designated software system for contract management purposes
    • Manages the procurement process and coordinates material and resource allocations
    • Responsible for organization and management of all HPC policies utilizing MedTrainer including serving as team liaison between HPC and MedTrainer
    • Works within MedTrainer and with appropriate staff to assign and monitor staff training modules.
    • Serves as main liaison for maintenance issues with facilities landlords and tracks all requests and their status.
    • Manages the HPC fleet including reserving cars for individuals and maintaining the vehicle in proper working conditions.
    • Manages the maintenance of organizational equipment for all local/remote facilities
    • Oversees additional projects as assigned based on the needs of the organization
    • Performs other job duties as assigned

    Information Technology:

    · Chief Liaison to all external IT contract and service providers.

    · Works with IT service vendor to ensure the EHR’s IT related needs are being met and remain compliant with the industry standard. (This includes but is not limited to IT-Security, software and hardware, phones, and copiers/printers).

    · Works with the IT service vendor to set forward-thinking goals that impact the overall efficiency of the company.

    · Writes and maintains IT related policies and procedures to promote their implementation.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment under aggressive time constraints
    • Strong conflict management and negotiation abilities
    • Ability to interact effectively will all levels of management and third-party contractors
    • Strong managerial, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision making and conflict-resolution/problem-solving skills
    • Able to work independently and is self-motivated with attention to detail
    • Strong IT capabilities

    Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience
    • Minimum five to ten years of experience in a top-level Management position, Information Technology, or a related field
    • Project management experience is preferred along with IT skills.
    • 10 years of extensive experience in a related field may be substituted for education

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Must be able to lift 20 pounds; occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
    • Prolonged sitting or standing may be required
    • Those physical movements and the degree of mobility, manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination normally associated office work will be performed on a repetitive basis
    • The ability to distinguish letters and symbols as well as the ability to utilize telephones, computer terminals and copiers is required
    • The ability to work under stressful conditions and in short-suspense timeframes, as well as irregular hours may be required
