Here at the Plastics Clinic & Spa we are looking for a dedicated Full Time Receptionist. The receptionist will be responsible for managing several providers schedules. These schedules include but are not limited to: plastic surgery services, injectable services, and esthetic services. We are hoping to find a friendly face who loves to interact with patients and who has excellent communication, phone skills, and be able to multi-task. Must have a flexible schedule.

SPA/MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets and welcomes patients as soon as they arrive.
• Maintains the flow of the schedule for several providers a day.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Responds quickly to phone calls, messages, and emails daily.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
• Checks in and checks out patients for services.
• Schedules appointments accordingly and correctly.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Maintains HIPAA standards at all times.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years experience in a receptionist position.
• 1 year experience in a medical/spa receptionist setting.
• 1 year experience in a customer service setting.
• Good time management skills and be able to multi-task.
• Ability to demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.25 per hour
