Clinical Outcomes Analyst jobs in Indiana

Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Clinical Informatics Analyst I

  • Informatics Analyst I is responsible for projects relative to EMR application systems, follows plans as contrived by the Clinical Informatics Director, and has primary responsibility over the education of business-use employees, clinicians, and providers (both for workflow and the building of standard work processes for all associated service lines).  This person also maintains awareness of innovations and potential system level improvements.  Expectation to provide training to new hires in specialized areas.  Competent in EMR Configuration and Template Builder. Performs such other duties as may be specified from time to time.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a behavioral health field, or commensurate experience in clinical informatics or healthcare of 4 or more years.
    • Certificate or Professional License: No certificates or professional license required.
    • Experience: Experience with the use of EMRs, preferably with Nextgen. Minimum 1 year in applicable healthcare experience.  Experience in issue identification, root cause analysis and solutions identification.  Experience in end user training.
    • Valid driver’s license and active liability insurance.
    • Satisfactory results from criminal background check.
