Clinical Outcomes Analyst jobs in Wyoming
Clinical Outcomes Analyst collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Being a Clinical Outcomes Analyst evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Additionally, Clinical Outcomes Analyst requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. The Clinical Outcomes Analyst work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. The Hospital Clinical Pharmacist will be joining a state-of-the-art, 140 patient bed hospital that is home to numerous inpatient and outpatient medical specialties such as 24/7 emergency care, heart care, pregnancy and childbirth, surgical services, with an impressive inpatient and outpatient pharmacy. The Clinical Pharmacist will collaborate with other pharmacy staff to assist in the development of staff education programs, and analyze performance improvement initiatives. The Clinical Pharmacist will also ensure that all state and federal regulatory standards are upheld.
Qualifications for the ideal Hospital Pharmacist include the completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited pharmaceutical program and pharmaceutical inpatient experience is preferred.
