CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER manages the collection and analysis of clinical outcomes data to develop clinical process improvement initiatives. Oversees staff who gather data on performance metrics and facilitates the review of clinical program effectiveness. Being a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER provides advanced analyses and reports on clinical outcomes data. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. Additionally, CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER identifies areas for improvement and assists leaders/physicians in developing strategies to improve performance. Requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a director. The CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a CLINICAL OUTCOMES MANAGER typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Boys & Girls Club of Lake County – Outcomes Data Manager
The Boys and Girls Clubs of Lake County is seeking an Outcomes Data Manager to lead grant data collection and reporting. You'll collaborate with program leadership, design parent engagement activities, and coach staff in data use. You'll support survey administration, analyze data, and provide training on evaluation and outcomes work.

Compensation and Benefits Package
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 annually for this full-time, exempt position, based at our Waukegan site at 730 S Martin Luther King Jr Ave. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, employees can access a 401K retirement plan. Furthermore, we value work-life balance and provide generous paid time off (PTO) benefits totaling 120 hours per year.
