    The Visiting Nurse Association is seeking a dedicated Clinical Services Manager to join our dynamic team. Our Clinical Services Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality home health services to people living in our community. This position is instramentlal in heping us ensure exceptional patient care and driving operational excellence.

    Requirements

    • Physical Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Audiologist, Social Worker, or a Registered Nurse.   
    • Professional license to practice in the State of Iowa.  
    • Experience/training in home health care reimbursement for Medicare and Medicaid preferred. 
    • Minimum of two years of home health care experience and at least one year of supervisory experience preferred. 
    • The “ideal” candidate has at least 5 years of home healthcare experience
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards of care
    • Ability to analyze and interpret clinical data
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
    • Strong assessment and organizational skills
    • Prior supervisory experience (clinical oversight, competency evaluations, etc.)
    • Demonstrated success of working independently while taking on increased responsibilities
    • Ambition to grow and mentor staff
    • Solid Electronic Medical Records and PC skills
    • Microsoft office products
    • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations for Home Health Care is desirable.
    • Demonstrates ability to communicate clearly in the English language both orally and in writing and will display exceptional interpersonal skills with all staff and community professionals.
    • Works independently, able to manage staff and several projects simultaneously.
    • Exhibits professionalism in all staff interactions, possess excellent communication skills and maintains a high level of confidentiality.
    • Car, driver's license and adequate insurance as outlined in the personnel policies is required.
