Night Shift hours are 7:00p – 7:15am. Operators work 7 12-hour shifts per 2-week pay period with every other Fr/Sa/Su scheduled off. Starting pay $28 - $30 per hour based on experience with additional $1.25/hour shift differential. We provide a safety-first work environment, and opportunity for pay and skill advancement through our operator level program.
The primary responsibility of this position is to setup and operate a multi-station gravure coater to produce quality product in accordance with specifications, procedures, and output requirements. Operators perform start-up and in-process testing, conduct regular visual inspection of material, perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance of machines and rollers, replenish mixes and solvents during operation, maintain proper production records, and perform material handling duties. Additional requirements of the position include cross training on other equipment, batch making as needed, maintaining a neat and orderly work area, and strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
