Mastercraft Painting & Decorating, Inc. is seeking an Epoxy Coating / Concrete Polishing Installer to work in the Reno and Carson City areas. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking individual who enjoys hands-on work, interacting with customers and co-workers, and is interested in bettering themselves and the organization they are part of. The starting salary is $20.00 per hour and up depending on experience and placement.

As an Epoxy Coating / Concrete Polishing Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining concrete floors in a variety of settings. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers to understand their specific needs and ensuring that those needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain concrete floors in a variety of settings.
• Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning and grinding.
• Apply epoxy coatings and concrete polishing materials to floors.
• Operate various tools and equipment, including grinders, sanders, and floor scrapers.
• Safely and efficiently use chemicals and other materials.
• Communicate with customers to understand their specific needs.
• Ensure that all work is completed to a high level of quality and in a timely and professional manner.
