Cocktail Server serves cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. Has knowledge of bar supplies and common drinks and makes suggestions to customers. Being a Cocktail Server may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Cocktail Server may require 0-1 year of general work experience. At Latitude 65 we are dedicated to providing the best customer service in Alaska to our guests. We are the restaurant for Borealis Basecamp, an adventure resort located just outside of Fairbanks.
Guests from all around the country and world gather to experience the northern lights and try Alaskan fine dining at Latitude 65.
We are a full-service restaurant in a beautiful 50-foot yurt. Our focus is local and sustainable Alaskan dishes. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and dedicated person to join our serving team! This position is ideal for those who prefer a more modern approach to Fine Dining.
Housing : Onsite staff housing is available at $400 per month. Each room is double or triple occupancy. Common areas with TV, Wifi, computers, dining area, and exercise space.
Private bathrooms & laundry facilities. We have a staff chef who prepares lunch & dinner, with breakfast being a self-serve continental breakfast of oatmeal, cereal, fruits, etc.

Schedule and Uniform :
Servers are normally scheduled five days a week with one to two lunch shifts and one to two bar shifts. The uniform is a black button-down shirt, black pants, and black non-slip close-toed shoes, an apron will be provided
