Coil Winder/Taper/Finisher operates a machine that winds coils used in electrical equipment and instruments. Examines and tests coils. Being a Coil Winder/Taper/Finisher documents nonconformance to specifications in specified format. Troubleshoots equipment malfunctions. Additionally, Coil Winder/Taper/Finisher requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager. This position is primarily responsible for receiving all products at the warehouse as well as accurately accounting for and inputting the product information into a computerized system. M-F 5am-1:30 pm. $24.23-$31.77 per hour.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations required to accurately complete assigned tasks.
COMPUTER SKILLS: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate level knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, and be able to utilize vendor websites.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form. Ability to use sound judgment and problem-solving skills to analyze customer problems and to recommend the proper course of action. Ability to organize and prioritize job projects and requirements.

Attendance is required Monday through Friday between the hours of 6500 A.M. to 1:30 P.M. or within normal business hours as established by the supervisor. Employees must be flexible to change hours when the job requires them for the day. Overtime may be required.
