Job Title: Collection Recovery Specialist- 1st Shift
Location: Johnston, RI- ONSITE
Pay Rate: $18/hr on W2
Duration: 6-month contract with Possible extension / conversion to Perm

Description:

• As a member of the CSO maintenance and charge off team within Collections, the colleague will be tasked with procedures to ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Colleague will develop and monitor workflows to improve efficiencies.
• Colleague will communicate directly with internal stakeholders, collections agents, and will perform moderately complex research for customer issues and follow through to resolution in an efficient manner and time frame.
• The candidate must be a motivated, proactive self-starter who responds positively to requests and has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The incumbent must also demonstrate problem solving, research and analytical abilities and be proficient in PC skills and MS office

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
