Collection Specialist

A Collection Specialist is responsible for contacting consumers to help resolve past due accounts.

This is a support position for our collection department and would assist account reps with maintaining and organization of collection portfolios.

Applicants must be customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.

Duties Would Include:

• Skip-tracing
• Contacting consumers for resolution of past due accounts
• Assisting other account reps in maintaining collection portfolios.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Computer skills and the ability to type well (30 wpm )
• No experience necessary but customer service or administrative experience is helpful
