Description of Duties:
Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Student Affairs
Responsible for initiatives that promote, encourage, and support student success. This position provides leadership and direction in the creation, assessment and coordination of retention and student success strategies. The AVP will have direct responsibility and oversight in developing, leading, implementing and evaluating student success and retention planning. Planning will be data informed and align with the mission, vision and core values and strategic goals of the College.
