Responsibilities:
- Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits

- Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
- Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
- Gather information to assess the likelihood of repayment
- Ensure compliance with Association policies and regulatory requirements
- Stay informed about market trends, changes in regulations, and new products
Requirements:
-General knowledge and understanding of agricultural business
-Minimum of 5 years of lending experience
- General knowledge of basic financial terms, concepts and formulas
- Working Knowledge of loan origination procedures
- General knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Skill in reading and understanding income statements, balance sheets and other financial reports
