The Loan Officer manages a loan portfolio in the areas of commercial real estate loans with the overall objective of developing customer relationship, and maintaining and improving its asset quality. This position actively calls on new and prospective bank loan clients and makes referrals to other areas of the business. Main duties include business development, loan interviews, cash flow and credit analysis, preparation of loan requests for approval. The Loan Officer also monitors performance of loans and borrowers’ ability to repay, collects delinquencies and restructures loans as necessary.
The Loan Officer participates in CRA activities within the lending area, completes research, projects, reports and/or tasks in supporting the Lending Division.
