Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Commercial/AG Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and grow an assigned portfolio of loans that meet profitability and credit quality targets, while maintaining a high level of credit administration.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
-Marketing and Community Engagement
- Interview applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans
- Complete loan contracts and counsel clients on policies and restrictions
- Gather information to assess the likelihood of repayment
- Ensure compliance with Association policies and regulatory requirements
- Stay informed about market trends, changes in regulations, and new productsRequirements:
-General knowledge and understanding of agricultural business
-Minimum of 5 years of lending experience
- General knowledge of basic financial terms, concepts and formulas
- Working Knowledge of loan origination procedures
- General knowledge of marketing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
