Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Commercial Property Manager at Alliance Commercial Property Management. The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for daily property management tasks, including lease administration, lease negotiations, and communication with tenants and property owners. This role is located in Savannah, GA, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in lease administration and lease negotiations
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Familiarity with commercial leases and property management practices
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in commercial property management or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
