Role Overview
Are you an experienced mortgage loan officer with a passion for helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership? We're looking for individuals with an abundance mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a dedication to fostering long-lasting relationships with realtor partners. As a key member of our team, you'll utilize your expertise to assist borrowers in securing the ideal mortgage for their new home purchase.
Responsibilities- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the local community to attract new business and retain existing clients.
- Leverage your marketing and communication skills to attract new clients and expand your business reach.
- Guide borrowers in selecting loan programs that align with their financial goals and needs.
- Collaborate with our bilingual team of assistants to provide support while you focus on building relationships and securing new business.
- Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain an active pipeline of funding per company guidelines and prepare necessary information to complete underwriting requirements.
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate, mortgage origination, or lending.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations, as well as company underwriting policies and guidelines.
- Familiarity with a variety of loan types, including FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA, FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, along with superior written and verbal communication abilities.
- Current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System Registry.
- Commission-based compensation structure with potential earnings of up to $150,000.
