Key Responsibilities- Originate mortgages for the secondary market, with a minimum of 2 years' experience, encompassing RD, VA, and MSHA loans.
- Cultivate and maintain a strong network of real estate and finance professionals for referral sources.
- Offer unparalleled service to borrowers, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience throughout the mortgage process.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to deliver comprehensive mortgage solutions.
- Conduct both face-to-face and telephone selling, advocating our diverse portfolio of mortgage products to prospective homebuyers and refinancers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including NMLS, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Truth-in-Lending laws, among others.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable professionalism and appearance.
- Previous experience as a full-service mortgage loan officer preferred.
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations, loan origination, and sales.
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends.
