    Position Overview: End Solution Communications is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to oversee and manage our communication projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage communication projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget
    • Define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and clients
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines to track progress and milestones
    • Coordinate and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project activities
    • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues or risks that may impact project delivery
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and project team members to provide regular updates and ensure alignment on project goals and objectives
    • Conduct regular project meetings, reviews, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle
    • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes are followed
    • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, standards, and best practices
    • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, project management, or related field
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the communications or technology industry
    • Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project or Asana
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions to complex issues
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
