What Will You Do: As the Director of Health Center Performance, your role will be pivotal in shaping our operational strategies and outcomes through comprehensive data analysis. You’ll lead projects that target key areas for improvement, leveraging data to make informed decisions that enhance patient services and internal processes. Here's a snapshot of what your responsibilities will entail:
- Strategic Project Management: You will take charge of initiatives from the ground up, overseeing their development, implementation, and evaluation. Your work will directly influence our operational tactics and strategic direction, ensuring that data-driven insights are at the core of every project.
- Data-Driven Leadership: Using a wealth of data, you will uncover insights that help us understand our performance across various dimensions. Your analysis will guide our decision-making processes, ensuring continuous improvement and evolution based on solid evidence. You will develop and implement data analysis methodologies to track key performance indicators and identify trends.
- Quality and Compliance Adherence: By leveraging comprehensive data insights and staying updated on current healthcare regulations, including UDS (Uniform Data System) and HRSA (Health Resources and Services Administration) measures, you will ensure that all operational enhancements and procedures not only improve patient care delivery but also strictly adhere to industry standards and legal requirements.
- Operational Optimization: Your recommendations will be key to streamlining our operations, making sure that every resource is utilized effectively and efficiently to support our mission of delivering outstanding healthcare. You will analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: You will engage with various internal and external stakeholders, from administrative and clinical staff to community partners, ensuring that all voices are heard and that initiatives align with the broader goals of our organization. Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking someone with a passion for healthcare excellence, a keen analytical mind, a passion for data and a proven track record in project management and operational optimization. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, along with experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in an FQHC or similar environment.
