Duties include:

• Work with clients individually and on teams, performing a wide range of hands-on organizing tasks to support the lead organizer and overall project.
• Assist with packing, unpacking, and home staging related to deadline-driven projects.
• Sort and group possessions for easy editing and purging by our client, and place items into organizational systems.
• Help to maintain a tidy and professional environment throughout the course of the project.
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, organizers, and vendors
• Document activities related to client work
• Research organizing and storage solutions
• Run business or client-related errands

Requirements

• Must be available to work between 9 am-5 pm at least 4-5 days a week.
• Must live within close proximity to Chatham, NJ (company HQ) and be comfortable traveling around New Jersey and Tri-State area on a regular basis
• Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written), attention to detail
• Good physical health (job includes manual labor, moderate lifting, stairs, dirt/dust)
• Reliable transportation and cell phone
• Weekend availability is a plus

Expected hours: 24 – 30 per week
