    As a Community Support Worker, you will provide Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) to qualifying clients in their homes, schools, and communities. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Coordinating and facilitating team meetings as needed
    • Assessment, support, and intervention in crisis situations
    • Providing support and coaching in areas such as socialization skills, developmental issues, and daily living skills
    • Engaging individuals in achieving treatment goals
    • Completing required documentation
    • Attending agency meetings and trainings as required
    Minimum requirements for this position include:

    • Minimum of 21 years old
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university
    • One year of relevant experience working with children and families
    • Flexible availability to accommodate client schedules, training, supervision, and meetings
    • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
    • Reliable transportation
    • Ability and willingness to engage in moderate day travel
