Description
We are seeking a Compensation Analyst to join a team in the Education industry based in New Hampshire. With a focus on compensation administration and benchmarking, you will also handle various benefit functions and bonus programs. This position is a temporary employment opportunity.
Responsibilities- Implement and manage both bonus and commission programs
- Ensure accurate compensation benchmarking to maintain competitive pay rates
- Leverage skills in Microsoft Excel to analyze and report on compensation data
- Keep up to date with compensation trends within the education industry
- Collaborate with the human resources team to ensure compensation aligns with company policies
- Handle compensation inquiries and resolve any issues effectively
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data privacy laws in handling sensitive employee compensation information
- Contribute to compensation strategy discussions and planning.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
- Experience with Management Systems
- Knowledge of Compensation Administration and Compensation Benchmarking
- Understanding of Benefit Functions and Bonus Programs
- 2 years of experience
- Ability to effectively manage and analyze large data sets
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role within the education sector is preferred.
