Micron Technology, Inc is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst who consistently demonstrates strong skills in driving price optimization and making a significant impact, to join our Compute and Networking Business Unit (CNBU) in Boise.

At Micron, we are pioneers in memory and storage solutions, shaping the future of information technology. As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in driving price optimization across a range of products into compute and networking segments and customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, CNBU Marketing, Business and Sales Operations, and Product Management, to develop and implement effective pricing strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive price optimization to meet business objectives

• Develop, evaluate, implement, and monitor pricing strategies and models

• Effectively communicate proposals and negotiation options

• Conduct research and perform competitive pricing analysis

• Collaborate with business partners to explore ways to optimize prices

• Own and manage product level ASP projections for business planning

• Administer pricing databases and coordinate implementation of pricing proposals

• Engage in driving tool requirements and providing input

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or a relevant field

• 2 years of experience in a similar field with a good understanding of pricing and sales

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to derive insights from data

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or graduate degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or a related field

• 5 years of work experience in sales and marketing with exposure to pricing decisions

• Excellent project management skills and ability to balance multiple tasks

• Proven track record of influencing outcomes and getting results

• Experience working with or in support of global teams

• Proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI related applications
