Our team is seeking a Pricing Manager to join the team! The critical role will interact with the Sales and Operations departments and will be responsible for delivering pricing models, tools and insights. This position will largely work within the business to deliver insights and will play an integral role in this energetic and flexible work environment.

The Pricing Manager is a member of the finance team and has an opportunity for advancement within Finance or Operations within the organization.

Pay up to $120k 15% bonus

Hybrid schedule (in office Monday/Wednesday)

Pricing Manager Duties:

• Assessing data from a variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends.
• Applying statistical modeling methods to determine the potential impact of pricing strategies on profitability.
• Collaborating with sales and operations teams to develop competitive quotes for sales opportunities.
• Developing dynamic pricing tools to effectively respond to changing market needs and trends.
• Preparing and presenting pricing analysis findings to executives and sales staff.
• Initiatives and Process Improvement.
• Analyze current pricing model and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop new pricing models for emerging product lines
• Identifies ways to "work smarter" through enhanced systems and processes and connects the dots across various departments

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics or related business field
• 3-5 years of experience
• Experience collaborating with Sales and Operations teams.
• Experience in logistics and/or automotive is a bonus. Experience in pricing strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Experience in Power BI a plus.
