Compliance Investigation Manager oversees investigations of alleged violations of the corporation's ethical standards or non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations and corporate policy. Assigns investigations to professional staff and ensures that staff follows approved investigation procedures. Being a Compliance Investigation Manager ensures that investigations are properly documented and reports findings to authorities as needed. Helps develop compliance training and recommends proactive measures that will reduce the risk of future violations or non-compliance. Additionally, Compliance Investigation Manager requires a bachelor's degree of related area. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Compliance Investigation Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     The Work You'll Do:

    The Project Manager joins the Brand Execution team, which plays a pivotal role in driving innovation within the beverage industry. This team supports brand development and re-engineering initiatives in the beverage alcohol sector, overseeing projects from conception to on-shelf availability. They collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders across multiple business units, including brand owners, production, finance, design, and componentry teams. Our team expedites the incubation and go-to-market process for cutting-edge innovations, ensuring market-leading results in new product development.

    More specifically you will:

    • Work closely with external stakeholders of product design, including design, marketing, finance, and production teams to cover all facets of the new product development process
    • Monitor project progress and timelines while using best practices to monitor critical paths, proactively communicate progress and delays to stakeholders, and adjust alongside changing brand execution goals
    • Coordinate and negotiate with vendors for product components, including understanding budgets, timelines, testing and spec requirements, order quantities, etc.
    • Liaise with brand teams across sales and finance to confirm volume requirements and forecasts, establish safety stock levels and re-order points, and proactively manage changes to supply chain expectations over time
    • Build and manage bills of materials to enable volume to meet forecasts for market launch and ongoing expected sales activity
    • Manage inventory levels within vendor and production site capacity requirements, execute and monitor purchase orders, and track vendor performance against metrics to meet volume requirements communicated by brand teams

    What We Ask From You: 

    • Background working in a supply chain, project based consulting environment
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel
    • Excellent communication and organization skills, including the ability to prioritize competing requirements and resolve challenges
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive and create value in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments
    • Previous experience in the beverage alcohol industry preferred
    • Proficiency with Procurement Management Systems or ERP procurement applications preferred
    • Previous experience managing phase gate or stage gate project plans preferred
    • Due to client contractual obligations, the successful applicant must clear a background check and drug test upon hire
