Compliance Specialist jobs in South Carolina

Complete Compliance Erosion is seeking a candidate with strong organizational skills and an ability to accurately track and record accounts payable entries. This candidate should have experience in accounting/bookkeeping, along with the ability to work independently. Position is in the office Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper coding and entering into system all invoices/credit card receipts on daily basis
• Process and print vendor payments in timely manner, taking offered discounts
• Balance AP to G/L at month end and reconcile vendor statements
• Maintain all vendor files in accordance with policies
• Assist in month end close process as requested
• Adhoc projects as assigned

Qualifications

• 2-4 year Quickbooks Online experience required
• Minimum of 2 years in accounting or related field
• Strong understanding of General Ledger system and Accounts Payable processing
• Strong organizational, analytical and recording skills
• Detail oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Bilingual a plus
