Responsibilities:

• Operate various CNC machines autonomously.
• Execute machine setup tasks proficiently.
• Conduct daily preventative maintenance on machines independently.
• Manage necessary documentation such as job travelers and I.P. sheets.
• Oversee the utilization of the First Piece Log.
• Perform tool changes and adjust tooling sizes.
• Set up tooling across all machine types within assigned areas.

Requirements:

• 5 years of relevant CNC machine operation experience.
• Proficiency in advanced print reading and GD&T.
• Experience in CNC setup procedures.
• Strong teamwork skills.
