Job Description:

We are looking for an advanced Swiss CNC Machinist with expertise in programming and operating Swiss-style CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in G-code programming, advanced mathematics, and a thorough understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). Hands-on experience with Citizen machines is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate Citizen Swiss CNC machines, with a focus on G-code programming.
• Set up and maintain Citizen machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to create precise components.
• Apply advanced mathematical skills to solve complex machining problems.
• Utilize GD&T principles to ensure accurate part dimensions and tolerances.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve processes and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Swiss CNC Machinist.
• Proficiency in G-code programming.
• Advanced mathematical skills and understanding of GD&T principles.
• Familiarity with Citizen machines is a must.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
