Reads and interprets technical blueprints and design models and inputs the product design into the computer modeling software. Being a Computer Numeric Control Machine Programmer adjusts machine settings to the desired product specifications, and troubleshoots and maintains the machine. Utilizes G or M code and CAM software (MasterCAM,CAMWorks or others). Additionally, Computer Numeric Control Machine Programmer tests accuracy of settings and programs. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and courteously to incoming calls for specific departments.
- Provide accurate and timely information in response to customer requests.
- Efficiently schedule service appointments to meet customer needs.
- Effectively resolve customer issues and, when necessary, escalate them to supervisors for resolution.
- Investigate and address service problems by identifying causes and recommending solutions, ensuring timely corrections.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records, promptly updating account information.
- Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain a consistently positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers, fellow employees, and supervisors.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $18-$22 per hour (Negotiable for candidates that meet the requirements)

Requirements
What This Role Needs:
- 2 years of customer service experience.
- 2 years experience in customer scheduling and/or call center operations.
- Experience with FieldRoutes, PestPac, GorillaDesk, or ServiceTitan.
- Experience in pest control, lawn care, or home services.
- Exhibit confidence, decisiveness, and effective judgment across diverse and dynamic scenarios.
- Proficient in multitasking, with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adaptability in an ever-changing, fast-paced work environment.
- High proficiency in email, instant messaging, and various electronic communication tools.
- Exceptional written communication skills, including spelling and punctuation.
- Bilingual proficiency is a valuable asset (Not Required).
- A team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute (WPM), proficiency in 10-key, and adeptness with phone systems.
- Capable of sitting for extended periods.
