Pay Range: $ 20.00 to $26.00 per hour- To be determined after the interview based on your skills, knowledge, and experience.

10 % shift differential premium

Work Arrangement: Onsite Hour Second Shift Monday -Friday 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

Position Summary

Lincoln Electric Products Co Inc. is seeking a CNC Operator for the 2nd shift to join its dynamic team. This role is available immediately and provides a significant growth opportunity for the right candidate.

It is a full-time, non-exempt position, and the candidate will report directly to the shop supervisor.

Working Conditions: Shop environment.

Training will be conducted for the hired employees for the first few weeks during the 1st shift hours, Mon-Fri 6:00 am-2:30 pm.

Job Responsibilities:

• You fabricate various metal parts using shear, brake, punch, and bending equipment.
• Familiarity with using a variety of small powered and non-powered hand tools.
• I am working with a team of welders/fabricators/powder coaters/assemblers.
• We are building the equipment with reliability and speed under tight deadlines.
• We are maintaining records, work status, and supply inventory.
• I am interfacing with quality, supply chain, engineering, and assembly departments.
• I am participating in individual and team-based continuous improvement activities.
• Flexibility to perform work in other areas as required.
• Cross-train within the department on other various operations as required.
• Keep the work area, tools, and equipment neat and orderly.

Knowledge, Skills, Requirements, and Abilities

• 3-5 years of fabricating metal parts (Steel, Copper, and Aluminum) using a shear, punch, and bending fabrication equipment in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read blueprints, bills of material (BOMs), schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine the best methods and sequences of product assembly.
• Troubleshoot parts, subassemblies, and assemblies.
• Ability to work in a team and independently as needed.
• Experience with working with hand tools and measuring devices.
• Must be an energetic, self-starter, and very dependable.

Requires working knowledge of and use of hand, power, and electronic equipment.

• The work environment is loud (hearing protection is required).
• Work on your feet for most of the work shift.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.

• Euromac FX1023 (4 axis)
• CNC shear

Education:

• High School Diploma Required.
• Trade School Graduate is a plus.
• Fork Truck certification is a plus.
• Crane operation certification
